Maison Tournesol – Petalbot's Builds

Hello, it’s been a while! I’m back with a new build for The Sims 3. Its a vacation house inspired and built for the Landgraab family. This beautiful vaction home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, dining, and laundry rooms, along with a patio, garden and hot tub. Please don’t re-upload. The home is playtested and contains NO CC or CAP. Now on with the tour!

The exchange says that I also used Showtime, but I’m unable to identify what I used from that expansion. Whatever it was, it must not be a major item.

The entry foyer leads to the kitchen or the living room

The dining room is located just off the kitchen.

I messed up here. wrongly assumed the sims could walk under the stairs, but they wont. The desk by the window is merely decorative, since the sims can’t pass under the stairs to use it. I compensated for this by placing desks in each of the bedrooms.

The living room leads to the patio and the backyard. Let’s go see it!

The upper foyer leads to the two bedrooms.
