Here is my newest home set in Sunlit Tides. It is Spanish inspired and it also works in Isla Paradiso, only instead of sandy beaches you get grass covered terrain. The home features 3 balconies, a courtyard, lagoon style pool, gym and sauna, an office, living, dining, family, and laundry rooms. I also tried to build a little Moorish influence into the interiors and courtyard,as Moorish influence in architecture can be seen in Andalusia, Spain. The home is play tested and contains NO CC or CAP. Hope you enjoy the Tour!
